Stuttgart. In its sixth edition, which ended today, LASYS underlines its strong emphasis on the users. The positive mood in the market for laser material processing was very apparent on all three days in Hall 4 at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre. 5,800 visitors obtained information from 189 exhibitors from 23 nations on the use of lasers in industrial production. "New exhibitors, for example Panasonic Electric Works Europe, GF Machining Solutions and EMAG Automation, confirm what established exhibitors have long known: With its clear focus on laser systems, laser-specific machine subsystems and beam sources, LASYS is a unique platform," explains Gunnar Mey, Head of Industrial Solutions at Messe Stuttgart.

Stuttgart. The 6th LASYS International Trade Fair for Laser Material Processing, with its clear focus on user orientation, started in Stuttgart today under the best starting conditions. In Hall 4, about 200 exhibitors from over 20 countries are showcasing intelligent system solutions, practical production processes, application fields and industrial trends and innovations for production of the future, including world and European premières. The event continues until 7 June. Experts regard the market situation as positive, promoting high customer proximity.

Around 200 exhibitors from over 20 countries present their laser production systems, laser-specific machine subsystems, beam sources, as well as processes and services. Once again LASYS reflects its importance as a leading international trade fair for the use of lasers in industrial production.

At LASYS 2018 – the International Trade Fair for Laser Material Processing – Messe Stuttgart expects a larger number of exhibitors and visitors as well as a further strengthening of its position as an indispensable industry meeting place for manufacturers, users and decision-makers in industrial manufacturing. So said Florian Niethammer, Team Director of Industrial Solutions at Messe Stuttgart at today's trade press conference at the Reichle Technology Center in Bissingen an der Teck. Together with renowned experts, he previewed the trade fair which is taking place in Stuttgart on 5 to 7 June 2018.

LASYS has become established as the trade fair for laser material processing and is making an impression with continuously increasing numbers of international exhibitors, industrial associations and institutions. The forthcoming event from 5 to 7 June 2018 will also prove that exhibitors and visitors alike are impressed by the concept of the trade fair in Stuttgart. Mai 2017 im slowakischen Trnava stattfand, positioniert sich als Business-Plattform für Lösungsanbieter aus der Laser-Materialbearbeitung und industrielle Anwender. Junge, innovative Hersteller von intelligenten Laser-Systemlösungen und -Fertigungsverfahren aus Deutschland können auch auf der LASYS 2018, der internationalen Fachmesse für Laser-Materialbearbeitung, von einem geförderten Gemeinschaftsstand profitieren. Gemeinsam mit dem Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) lädt die Messe Stuttgart Newcomer ein, sich vom 5. bis 7. The aim of the initiative by Messe Stuttgart and the German-Slovakian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Slovakia) is to convey current know-how on laser technology to the conference participants in order to enhance quality and efficiency in their production. The event also opens up new market opportunities for the manufacturers in the booming Slovakian automotive production sector.

This event will focus on laser applications for the automobile industry and will be held in Trnava in Slovakia. It will bring together suppliers of laser production systems, laser-specific machine sub-systems, components, processes and services, and industrial users.

Stuttgart. LASYS has become firmly established as an indispensable industry meeting point for manufacturers, users and decision-makers in industrial production. This was confirmed during the fifth edition of the International Trade Fair for Laser Material Processing which finished yesterday in Stuttgart. The positive dynamic market situation was reflected on all three days of the trade fair: among the more than 6,000 visitors (+10 per cent) and the 181 exhibitors from 15 countries who presented lasers as a versatile tool for every production process.
